STPPL designs, procures, installs, tests, commissions, hands over and maintains active and passive fire-protection systems for industrial and commercial environments. Systems are engineered to applicable project specifications, statutory requirements, and selected standards, including NBC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, ASME, BACnet, and Modbus where relevant to the defined scope.

Water-, foam-, gaseous-, and special-hazard suppression systems selected for the specific hazard, occupancy, applicable approvals, system availability, and engineered design basis.
Passive protection & ongoing readiness
Cable protection, fire doors, extinguishers, testing, commissioning, documentation and approval coordination where applicable, and annual maintenance contracts.
